Look at these healthy foods! There is many ways to be healthy. I am so excited because healthy foods help you grow a lot and you can live longer.I am interested on being healthy because I live longer and being healthy . On TV I saw a lot of ways to be healthy. That’s how I learned to be healthy. And two other great ways to be healthy.

Do you know what foods are healthy for you‼! The most important foods are in the food pyramid. The biggest section is the bread you need to eat 6-11 servings in one The smallest group in the food pyramid is the dairy like you should eat 1-2 servings like foods that are made from milk.The other 3 sections are vegetables,fruit and meat those are also good for you.You should look at the food pyramid.Couse it has more informacion.

You should find a new friend‼ This are some ways how .If a new student comes to your about your life.Also if you wanna be her or his friend you should make eye contact. When she or him tell you that you are a nice person and tell you if you wanna be their friend.Just try to hang out with her or him or just take them some
where.And en you are friends just ask them for your phone number or email.And just talk to them.And just talk
to them.You should follow this steps.
